Large operations needed to become fintechs. But technology was a barrier

For years, we watched companies that moved millions of reais and had enormous growth potential, yet depended on third parties to run their payments.

Building infrastructure of their own meant investing years in development, connecting dozens of vendors, meeting regulatory requirements, maintaining highly specialized teams, and taking on a complexity that completely diverted focus from the business.

In practice, only large financial institutions could build this kind of operation. That's when we decided to change that reality.
